Leadership and Career Development

On 23 April, 2016 WE CAN GROUP organize one day "Leadership and Career Development" which is supported by VSO (Voluntary Service Overseas). Participants were trained by motivational speaker Mr. Dipendra Pahari. He formulate youth development process and supports the young person in developing to analyse his or her own strengths and weaknesses, set personal and vocational goals, have self-esteem, confidence, motivation, and able to carry them out including the ability to establish support networks in order to fully participate in community life. We are very thankful to our chief Guest Ms. Kamala Biswokarma (Member of Parliament) and Guest Mr. Prakhyat Sherchan (Communication Officer of ACAP).
